Wealthness Culture is operated by Sampathkumar & Co, Cost Accountants, Paramathivelur, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). This website is located at wealthnessculture.com.

2. What data we collect

• Enquiry / lead data — name, phone number, email address (optional), and the message you submit through our contact form or tool CTAs.
• Anonymous usage events — tool completions and page interactions captured by PostHog. No personally identifiable information is attached.
• Error logs — technical crash reports collected by Sentry to fix bugs. These contain no financial data.
• Cookies and local storage — used by PostHog analytics and Sentry only. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a consultation.
• To send you a notification email about your submission (if email provided).
• To improve the website and tools through aggregate analytics.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Free tools — no data stored

The Wealthness Score (Lite), Spend Matrix™ Quick-Check, and SIP & Goal Calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are never sent to our servers and are discarded when you close or refresh the page. Only an anonymous completion event (no answers) may be sent to PostHog if analytics is active.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained in our database for up to 3 yearsor until you request deletion. Anonymous analytics events follow PostHog's default retention policy (1 year).

6. Third-party services

• PostHog — privacy-friendly analytics (EU-hosted option available). PostHog Privacy Policy
• Sentry — error monitoring. Sentry Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare R2 — media storage. Data is stored in Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.
• Railway — hosting provider. Your data is stored on Railway's PostgreSQL service.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act, India) and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email us at [email protected] or call +91 8675 822 822. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use rate limiting, bot protection (Arcjet), encrypted connections (HTTPS), and environment-variable–managed secrets to protect your data. No payment card data is ever collected on this website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
